Did my full cooldown and stretching routine, ate a healthy dinner, hydrated well throughout the evening, and getting to bed on time for 8 hours of sleep.

When I realized I did a drill wrong in practice, I immediately raised my hand and asked to redo it correctly instead of hoping nobody noticed.

Made a play in practice that I've been working on for weeks. Coach noticed and gave me a fist bump. That recognition felt amazing and showed me the work is paying off.
Had a great conversation with my mom on the drive home about my goals. She reminded me how far I've come and it helped me appreciate my progress instead of just focusing on what's next.
